利用規約

第1条（本サービスの内容）

本サービス（以下「本サービス」）は、利用者が所有する物品の移管履歴を記録・閲覧するための情報記録サービスです。本サービスは、利用者間で行われる物品の譲渡・売買・交換その他の取引（以下「個別取引」）を仲介、保証、代行、または管理するものではありません。

第2条（個別取引に関する免責）

本サービスは、個別取引の当事者ではありません。物品の品質、真正性、権利関係、代金の授受、引渡しの有無その他個別取引に関する一切の事項について、当社は保証を行わず、責任を負いません。
個別取引に起因または関連して利用者間、または利用者と第三者との間で生じた紛争、損害、盗難、詐欺その他の事件については、利用者自身の責任と負担において解決するものとし、当社は一切関与せず、責任を負いません。
本サービス上の記録（所有履歴、位置情報、招待コードによる授受記録等）は、利用者による自己申告に基づくものであり、当社はその真正性・正確性を保証しません。

第3条（データの保存に関する免責）

当社は、本サービスに登録された情報の完全性、正確性、継続的な保存を保証しません。システム障害、サービス終了、その他の事由によりデータが消失・破損する可能性があります。
利用者は、重要な情報について、自己の責任でローカル環境への保存その他のバックアップを行うことを推奨します。

第4条（免責事項の総則）

当社は、本サービスの利用に関連して利用者に生じた損害について、当社の故意または重過失による場合を除き、一切の責任を負いません。

第5条（規約の変更）

当社は、必要と判断した場合、利用者への予告なく本規約を変更できるものとします。

Terms of Service

The following is an English translation of the Japanese Terms of Service set forth above.

Article 1 (Description of the Service)

This service (the "Service") is an information-recording service that enables users to record and view the transfer history of items they own. The Service does not mediate, guarantee, act on behalf of any party in connection with, or administer any transfer, sale, exchange, or other transaction involving items between users (each, an "Individual Transaction").

Article 2 (Disclaimer Regarding Individual Transactions)

The Company is not a party to any Individual Transaction. The Company makes no warranty and assumes no liability with respect to the quality or authenticity of any item, any rights or interests relating to an item, the payment or receipt of any purchase price, whether delivery has occurred, or any other matter relating to an Individual Transaction.
Any dispute, loss or damage, theft, fraud, or other incident arising out of or relating to an Individual Transaction between users, or between a user and any third party, shall be resolved by the relevant user at that user's own responsibility and expense. The Company shall have no involvement in, and shall assume no liability for, any such matter.
Records maintained through the Service, including ownership histories, location information, and records of transfers made using invitation codes, are based on information self-reported by users. The Company does not warrant the authenticity or accuracy of such records.

Article 3 (Disclaimer Regarding Data Storage)

The Company does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of information registered with the Service or its continuous retention. Data may be lost or corrupted as a result of system failure, discontinuation of the Service, or any other cause.
Users are advised to save important information locally or otherwise create backups at their own responsibility.

Article 4 (General Disclaimer)

The Company shall assume no liability for any loss or damage suffered by a user in connection with the use of the Service, except where such loss or damage is caused by the Company's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 5 (Amendments to these Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms without prior notice to users when the Company determines that such amendment is necessary.
